A few practical questions

Here’s what businesses often want to know before starting a copywriting project with us.

01

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work in person or on a hybrid basis with businesses around Manchester and Cheshire, and remotely with companies across the UK. Our experience spans a wide range of industries, including IT, software, gaming, legal services, property development, children’s products, and engineering. The most important thing is that you care about what you do. We prefer to collaborate on projects that genuinely mean something to the people behind them.

02

What information do you need from us to get started?

There are many ways to brief us: through a Word document, interviews, emails, existing content, or a mix. As long as we understand what you offer, who your customers are, and what you want the project to change or achieve, that’s a great start.

03

Do you take on smaller, one-off projects?

Yes. We usually work flexibly, on a project-by-project basis. Bring us into your team when you need us. We won’t try to put you on a monthly plan, a retainer, or any other long-term commitment. We only consider retainers after building a strong working relationship with a client.

04

What if we’re not happy with the first draft?

When we send the first draft of your copy, we’ll ask you to review it and share your feedback. All our fees include up to three rounds of revisions. We want you to love the finished copy - and, more importantly, we want you to succeed.

05

How much will it cost?

Once you’ve told us about your project, we’ll provide a firm quote based on the work involved. That price covers everything: briefing, drafting, communication, and up to three rounds of revisions where needed. You’ll always know the full cost before we begin.
