What it's like to work with us

Answers to common questions about our experience, capabilities, and approach.

01

Which technology areas do you understand best?

Our deepest experience is in enterprise server infrastructure, business applications, data storage, and cloud infrastructure. More recently, many of our projects have focused on AI infrastructure and AI-powered capabilities within technology solutions. We are not engineers, but we have the level of technical understanding needed to work confidently with subject-matter experts and communicate clearly to well-informed customers.

02

What types of IT and software marketing content can you produce?

We’ve delivered hundreds of projects spanning the full marketing funnel, from building awareness to supporting complex buying decisions. We help clients establish campaign foundations through value propositions and messaging frameworks, then develop the content built around them. This can include advertising, email journeys, website copy, infographics, presentations, blogs, solution briefs, white papers, and sales enablement materials. We’re equally comfortable writing for B2B and B2C customers, internal teams, sales audiences, and channel partners.

03

How do you make sure technical claims are accurate?

We work closely with subject-matter experts, marketing teams, and legal or compliance reviewers where required. We examine technical source material carefully, ask questions when anything is unclear, and respond carefully to feedback throughout the review process. We can also carry out desk research and maintain a clear record of sources for use in footnotes, references, or internal substantiation documents.

04

Can you work with our agency or internal marketing team?

Yes. Most of our technology, IT, and software projects have been delivered in collaboration with marketing agencies or as an extension of an internal marketing team. We’re used to working within established processes, collaborating with strategists, designers, account teams, and subject-matter experts, and contributing wherever writing support is needed.

05

Do you help with messaging and positioning, or only finished copy?

We support both strategic messaging and executional copy. Drawing on your goals, audience needs, customer challenges, and the value of your offering, we can develop value propositions and messaging frameworks that provide a clear foundation for a campaign. We can then apply that thinking across the campaign content, helping ensure the work remains focused, coherent, and aligned with your objectives.
